Align, Refine and Shine w/ Kundalini Yoga

Shed the weight of unconscious stress and experience the rich stillness

of your true self. In our fast paced lives, we need a simple way to reset

ourselves and draw on that limitless reservoir of healing and vitality that

is our birthright. This workshop will use the dynamic movements and

breathing of Kundalini Yoga to release old patterns and reconnect with

deep peacefulness. We will lift our hearts up and create new positive

patterns with mantra music, and enter into deep relaxation through the

healing sounds of the gong. Beginners are welcome!

Renowned Spiritual Medium Maria Halvorsen will lead the weekend off on Friday night with a Mediumship Demonstration sharing Messages of Love, Hope and Faith from the Spirit World. On Saturday, we invite you to take a journey with Maria for an afternoon workshop of self-discovery on which participants will learn to become more comfortable and confident with their intuitive and psychic abilities as well as Spirit Communication. Access your own intuition to help you move along your unique Spiritual Path with clarity.

Join Christy Dole, owner of Balance Yoga Studio who will be offering all weekend morning and evening sessions for refreshing and relaxing yoga practice. Morning practices will gently wake up the body connecting breath with movement. Evening practices will combine Vinyasa flow, gentle movements and Yin postures to get the mind settled for a deeply relaxed sleep.

This workshop is for teachers, students interested in teaching, and those who are curious as to why we do what we do, how we do it. Class will start with a 60 min dynamic flow, followed by a sequencing discussion. We will then address intentional adjusting/assisting, as well as proper “play listing.” Bring a notebook, questions, and get ready to have a solid, well rounded experience of yoga refinement.

G-Flow

In this two-hour workshop, Goldie will lead you through an intelligent, creative vinyasa sequence with an emphasis on intuitive movement and your internal metronome. Class starts with pranayama and visualization which will lead into asana and eventually build up to a stronger flow working towards postural peaks. Goldie is known for her ability to create fluid, innovative, intuitive sequences that just simply feel good when tried on. If you like to flow, this class is for you! G- Flow is taught in less of a "workshop" style and has more of a "master class" feel to it. This workshop is open to all, regardless of practitioner level. Each posture will be presented with modifications for both the beginner and advanced student, inviting every yogic body. Together, we will learn to refine our practice and move beyond the limitations our minds set for us.

About Goldie:

Goldie Graham is a traveling yoga instructor who leads workshops, teacher trainings and retreats around the globe. She is a community leader, an innovator in creating unique events and has been featured at Wanderlust, in Yoga Journal, Runner’s World, Shape Magazine, The Huffington Post and was awarded the esteem of “Best of Boston” by Boston Magazine. An athlete all her life, Goldie connects with herself and others through forms of expressive movement. Her experience of the asana practice is multidimensional. Some days we practice purely for the body, and some days we practice for our being. The magic happens when they’re in sync, hence her affinity for vinyasa yoga. For Goldie, creating a yoga sequence is an artistic outlet and is known for her unique ability to combine intuitive movement with precision and alignment. Her deliberate, hands on adjustments will leave you feeling tended to, even amidst a full class. Goldie is dedicated to a life of teaching yoga and thinks movement is for everybody and every body.​
