Prenatal Yoga
This class is designed to help women prepare their bodies for labor and delivery, as well as pre-conception. We strengthen the body with gentle vinyasa asanas and relax the body with calming restorative postures. Using breath work and visualization techniques help mommy-to-be develop essential tools to use throughout pregnancy and into their post-natal care. You do not need to have any yoga experience to begin prenatal yoga. This class is gentle for post-natal healing and for those who are dealing with injuries.
