Balance Yoga Studio Mission Statement: Our intention is to present the science and art of Yoga to you in a friendly and approachable way. Through movement, breathe and yogic philosophy we will work to create more space and flexibility in the body, the mind and the soul. In addition, our purpose as your teachers is to guide you through layers of awareness in your body, bringing you to the present moment and learning to quiet your mind through the Asana practice

Never done Yoga? Think you can’t? Not “flexible”? Can’t “touch your toes?” This is the perfect class for you!

We love beginners at Balance! Take the first step and we'll take care of the rest.

 Extensive instruction, hands on adjustments and explanation of poses including benefits and contraindications are explained in this class. Introduction to Pranayama (breathing exercises). After your 8 weeks you will be ready to join other Yoga classes with ease and confidence. Practiced in normal room temperature.

G-Flow 
with Goldie Kaufenberg

In this two-hour workshop, 
Goldie will lead you through a dynamic vinyasa sequence 
working towards postural peaks, beginning with pranayama (breath) and gentle asana (postures) to slowly open and awaken the body. She will then build a stronger flowing sequence, stimulating your core intelligence and focusing on each area, in turn integrating the body as a whole. Combining your breath with movement, the creative possibilities are endless. Each posture will be presented with modifications for both the beginner and advanced student, inviting every yogic body. Together, we will learn to refine our practice and move beyond the limitations our minds set for us.

SHRED & STRETCH

A 7 week, 75 minute Yoga Bootcamp designed to shed your winter "coat" and get you feeling Beautiful, Confident and Sexy for summer.

Katie Campbell, a certified and active Group Fitness Instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of interval based, body shredding, muscle confusing exercises. Christy- RYT Yoga instructor will then stretch out and lean out your muscles for the last 30 minutes, promoting relaxation and long, lean muscles. 

Classes will be outside at the Wakefield Lake by the Gazebo. For ALL FITNESS LEVELS…yes…even YOU!!!

When: Saturdays 9:30am-10:45am
